Fadzil bin Muhammad Noor[1] (Jawi: فاضل بن محمد نور; 15 March 1937 – 23 June 2002) was a Malaysianpolitician and religious teacher.

He was the president of Pan-Malaysian Islamic Party (PAS) from 1989 to 2002 and Leader of the Opposition in the Parliament of Malaysia from 1999 to 2002.
